How to use your card

Redeeming an ALMAJRA gift card on SHEIN takes under a minute.

Step by step

  1. 1Buy a card from our catalog and complete payment.
  2. 2Open My purchases and press Reveal card details to see the card number and PIN.
  3. 3In the SHEIN app or website, sign in and open My Assets → Gift Card.
  4. 4Choose Add gift card, then enter the card number and PIN exactly as shown.
  5. 5The balance is credited to your SHEIN account and applies automatically at checkout.

Good to know

  • Gift card balances do not expire on your SHEIN account once redeemed.
  • A card can only be redeemed once, on one account.
  • Enter the code exactly — including any dashes — to avoid a rejection.
  • If a card is rejected, contact us before trying it repeatedly.

If something goes wrong

Contact support with your order reference. Do not share your card number or PIN with anyone else, including anyone claiming to be from SHEIN.
